[eff around] decisions, decisions
I do my best to take every decision I make, seriously.
I take myself out of autopilot, default, and idealist mode (underestimating the consequences and overstating my abilities) and run decisions through the below frameworks.
“Does this honor God?”
“Does this build the Kingdom?”
“Is this the most important thing that I am uniquely called to do?”
“Do I need to be doing this?
Or can it be eliminated with no consequence; delegated to empower others; and automated so that we can focus on more important matters?”
“Which decision loves and serves people?”
“What are the immediate and long-term consequences of this decision - from time, energy, relationships, and money?”
“Do you feel pulled or pushed?”
